Our Yacht Listing Promise
Listed below are our responsibilities as brokers when listing your yacht.
- Boat review: general condition,
systems, deck
moisture and electronics.
- Prepare a market review of like
boats for sale and summary of like boats sold in last
12 months.
- Prepare listing materials and
picture presentation for Internet sites and printed
publications.
- Respond to all inquiries, qualify
prospect, arrange tour of vessel, provide material and
information as requested.
- Report results/responses of
showings to seller. Present all offers to seller.
- When sale terms are agreed, GOMYS
prepares and presents Offer to purchase Agreement,
US Coast Guard Bills of Sale, preparations for Survey
and Sea Trial, Buyer and Seller closing
statements.
- Fees for Service are 10% of sale
price.
All costs of Internet listings are paid by Broker.

Display advertising in Soundings Magazine, Maine Coastal
News, PointEast and Offshore Magazine are paid by Broker.
